Asked HVEV to have a look at the heater in my Tesla X (I had quite a few chilly mornings) and they had it diagnosed with a pricing breakdown the same day. The owner was very transparent and easy to work with. They ordered the part and had it replaced within 2 days. My heater is now ready for winter and works perfectly! Here’s a picture they sent of their work
